The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a free, 5 year voluntary program offered to HCV clients and KHRA community residents to help program participants achieve self-sufficiency and a higher level of economic independence. Services offered: Career Counseling Job Training Computer Skills Job Search Budgeting Financial Planning Transportation Assistance Child Care Assistance Referrals Education(GED, High School Diploma, College) Self-Improvement Workshops Home Ownership Other services to ensure success
