Parents of children under the age of 6 at the time of referral that have emotional/behavioral problems routinely meet at the centers to learn from one another as how to intervene and work towards positive modifications in their child's behavior and attitude

A parent or legal guardian must contact RIP by telephone to arrange initial observation visit and meeting other families A signed "Parent Participation" agreement and child immunization record are both required for official enrollment

The child must be younger than 6 years old at time of enrollment. The family has concerns about their child.
