"The Pharmacy Connect of Southwest Virginia program assists adults of all ages who have no prescription health coverage to access the free medications from participating pharmaceutical companies.Eligibility is determined by the pharmaceutical companies participating in this program; each has different eligibility criteria. Our staff completes the application using a specially designed computer program developed by the Virginia Health Care Foundation.
