Girls on the Run of Northeast Tennessee is an independent council of Girls on the Run International, which has a network of over 200 councils across 50 states and the District of Columbia. Girls on the Run of Northeast Tennessee was established in 2007. Our council started with one team of 15 girls in Johnson City, TN. Since then, it has grown to serve communities throughout the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area, and has reached more than 7,100 girls over the past ten years.
