Applications are accepted online at www.commonhelp.virginia.gov/access/, or calling the Enterprise Customer Service Center at 855-635-4370, or by visiting the local DSS as follows, the 2nd Tuesday in October through the 2nd Friday in November.

Certain citizenship criteria must be met and household's income must be less than the maximum allowed for the number of people in the home.
