Can only visit once every 30 days. If you are unable to go yourself, you may send someone in your place HOWEVER, that individual has to have a written and signed note and Photo ID for the individual they are picking the food up for.
How to get started:
Must bring a picture ID and social security cards for every member of the household.Serving:
