Service Include childcare and early education to low income families. Accepts 3 and 4 year old children to help prepare them for kindergarten. Works with an Educational support Program designed to provide financial aid to individuals needing help with testing fees, scholarships for books etc, transportation, state exam fees and more. Requirements: Children must meet the federal income guidelines and possess one of 3 childcare certificates. Serves: Greene, Carter, Hancock, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington counties Open M-F 8am-4:30pm http://uethda.org/education#headstart
