Clinch Valley Community Action is a private non profit corporation established in 1965 for the purpose of reducing poverty and promoting self sufficiency of the poor. Headstart, Family Crises Services, Kids Place, Clinch Valley Works, Project Discovery, Community Corrections Program, Community Sentencing, Weatherization, Virginia Water Projects, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, Senior Companion Programs and Special Programs.

Must come by the office to complete application.

Must be in danger of losing housing, must be in temporary financial crisis due to unavoidable circumstances, income cannot exceed HUD limits.
