Appalachian Family Outreach has served hundreds of East Tennessee households with counseling, adoption, foster care, maternity services, and other forms of assistance since its inception. AFO is a faith-based ministry that extends across denominational lines to provide care, treatment, and training for the relief of children, adults, and families who are distressed, conflicted, or otherwise in need of care.
