Requirements include-applicant must submit an application that has been signed by their physician. Meals on Wheels specifically looks to serve those unable to prepare food for themselves. Older clients but will serve younger clients if they have a disability or condition that prevents them from food prep. Serves the Kingsport City area. Clients outside of the city can contact the Colonial Heights Meals on Wheels program, or the First TN Area Agency on Aging.
